Based on the input received, the Board of Directors revised the GHROA Rules & Regulations. Before adoption, the board is asking for your input again. Please get your comments to the Board by June 20, 2018, or sooner if at all convenient. When providing feedback, please include the Rule or Regulation as written with proposed changes and an explanation of why the change is suggested. If you are proposing a Rule or Regulation that is not already included, please indicate to which section that should be added. And if you are suggesting something be deleted, please provide your rationale for that change.
Please note, some feedback received previously has not been incorporated because it was not compliant with the CC&Rs. We will have an Owner Meeting on June 23 at 9:00 A.M. to discuss both the Rules and Regulations and get your input on the CC&Rs. Please see the events page for details.
